Our Ricotta and Chocolate tart is a pleasure for your buds. Seems strange to have ricotta together with chocolate but we can assure that is a taste like no other. Ricotta is blended with chocolate chips, eggs, a bit of sugar, some candied orange and a pinch of cinnamon.
